Weekend in Iowa

Jess and I went to Iowa this past weekend to visit Angie. We had such a good time catching up and just hanging out together like old times!



I spent most of the time teaching Angie how to decorate cakes. We made three cakes...one tiered, one with raspberry filling and fondant, and one with sugar flowers. They turned out really cute and really delicious!



We didn't get to take many pictures because we were so busy with the cake stuff so we took some before we left...

I haven't posted anything in a long time...so here are some of the cakes I've done in the last few months. I made this one for a friend's son's birthday. He's really into cool cars.
